I don't know how skilled they're but they are winning many games lately. They have beaten in last 4 games Nets, Celtics and Pelicans. Pretty impressive for the team you're describing. Bey impressive in all 3 wins, averaging 20 points and shooting incredible 14/18 for 3 in those 3 wins. Hard to understand what is there not to like. Playing great and winning games against far better teams. There are many rookies in bad teams and not many are doing what Bey does.

I understand, no matter what Bey does, it doesn't matter, because he plays for a bad team. Or can we at least say that he's lately playing great and help his **** team winning games? They are 5-6 in last 11 games, exactly the same result as Mavericks.

Bey MIGHT be better then Green. We won't know for a few years. Even then I doubt n the Pistons talent level will be even close to Dallas.

What is impressing about Bey is his efficiency. I agree it's easier to take shots in bad team, but he's not just taking shots, he's making them. 59% TS and 42% for 3 is phenomenal not just for rookie but for any kind of player in any kind of team. He basically deserves to take those shots.

Did I say that they had same opportunities? But the difference between them is for sure not only about opportunities. 2 3s in 212 minutes against 49 3s in 497 minutes. 17% for 3 against 42% for 3. Do you really believe that Green could have produced similar numbers in Pistons? A player, who has made only 1 3-pointer per game in college?
I believe player of the week is great achievement for a rookie. Luka had only few of them in 3 years.
