Bob,

Pistons current lineup on the floor

Smith jr, Svi, Ellington, Bey, Stewart

Man Bey has some really skilled players around him.

I don't know how skilled they're but they are winning many games lately. They have beaten in last 4 games Nets, Celtics and Pelicans. Pretty impressive for the team you're describing. Bey impressive in all 3 wins. Shooting incredible 14/18 for the 3 in those 3 wins. Hard to understand what is there not to like. Playing great and winning games against far better teams.

Best 8-19 team I've ever watched.

The whole starting 5 should get all nba votes.

I understand, no matter what Bey does, it doesn't matter, because he plays for a bad team. Or can we at least say that he's lately playing great and help his **** team winning games? They are 5-6 in last 11 games, exactly the same as Mavericks.

Bob,

Bey MIGHT be better then Green. We won't know for a few years. Even then I doubt n the Pistons talent level will be even close to Dallas.

Again you keep acting like all things are equal.

Did I even mention Green in my last posts? Forget about Green for a moment and tell me, is Bey having good season for a late first round pick?

Yup,

When the roster fills out with more talent we'll see if it continues.

That's all I wanted to hear.

What is impressing about Bey is his efficiency. I agree it's easier to take shots in bad team, but he's not just taking shots, he's making them. 59% TS and 42% for 3 is phenomenal not just for rookie but for any kind of player in any kind of team. He basically deserves to take those shots.

Did I say that they had same opportunities? But the difference between them is for sure not only about opportunities. 2 3s in 212 minutes against 49 3s in 497 minutes. 17% for 3 against 42% for 3. Do you really believe that Green could have produced similar numbers in Pistons? A player, who has made only 1 3-pointer per game in college?

I believe player of the week is great achievement for a rookie. Luka had only few of them in 3 years. You're totally downplaying what Bey has done for some unknown reasons.

You do realize there's more to the game then just 3s right?

Green is more athletic and has a higher defensive ceiling. But we'll skip over all that.
