Dallas gets: Myles Turner, Goran Dragic, Indy's choice of Torey Craig or Justin Holiday

Toronto Gets: Kristpas Porzingis, Frank Ntlikinna

Indy Gets: Gary Trent Jr, Maxi Kleber, 2 Dallas 2nd Round Picks

Reasoning: Toronto has a great core of FVV/OG/Barnes/Siakam, KP fits a need at C while also being able to space the floor well. With such strong defenders at 1-4, KP should thrive. Frank is on a cheap deal and can sub in both guard spots when needed. Dallas Gets two guys they want, a defensive ace who's a hometown guy, and Luka's buddy who gives them another facilitator and shot creator. Indy Gets a solid wing on a fair deal who can work well with Brogden, and a very good role playing big who their coach loves. They also get a couple of seconds for it.

HELL NO.

Edit: on a second thought. I will elaborate: KP... and Maxi for a lesser version of KP and a 35 year old who is also always injured and the Mavs might get anyway on the buyout market.

HELL NO.

Would love to see the reactions from raptors fans when they trade for Porzingis after dealing with Bargnani over all those years.

Lol, we give up the by far best player in the trade, arguably the 2nd best player and 2 picks and we get Turner, buyout market Dragic and some bench warmers? Insanity.

I think FO will think long and hard about this, this keeps them below tax even with resigning Brunson+DFS, and they'll have 20+ million in expiring to trade for a 2nd star.

They won't pay Maxi and 2 2nds to offload KPs contract. KP is by far the best asset in this trade. Nobody would look at this for more than the 10s it takes to read it.

That's a huge insult to KP being compared to Bargnani lol. Aside from injury problems, KP is at least 2 levels above him.

Yea KP us such a great asset. A max contract, always out, piss poor attitude, chucker, 7-3 yet an average rebounder, and liability on D. We should throw another max at him and run the treadmill

We're not exactly running any treadmills in the last weeks. And that trade suggests a major downgrade from the current talent with a whiff of a chance of signing another major player - of which the Mavs have a fantastic track record... :banghead:

Moving Porzingis seems highly unlikely. I would say THJ, DFS, Powell, or maybe even Brunson have a higher chance of getting moved. I think the idea is for them to get Turner, start him at center as a defensive anchor, and move THJ’s contract so they can resign Brunson in the offseason.

The Kings and the Pacers seem like the most likely teams to trade with.

I concur.
I don't believe KP is moved. While his contract is high it will hinder a trade from happening and we won't receive proper value for him.

Being stuck with KP isn't so bad. He's has been the escape goat to some degree and it hasn't always been warranted.

He was thinking about trade when Rick was still here but changed his mind when Kidd visited him in Latvia. He's much happier now. You can even see him smiling a lot during games and is also playing much better than he did before.

Keep the Luka, KP, Brunson trio and just upgrade the starters/role players around them.

Well KP never said publicly that he wanted to be traded and everyone believe that. How do you pick and choose what to believe?

I think KP's happier with Kidd than he was with Carlisle.

He needs to stop chucking though.
