Yeah, I think Frank might be better than some of those in the top 7.

Frank Ntilikina

I don't understand the fascination with Ntilikina.

He's a situational roleplayer at best. Love his attitude but he simply doesn't have a positive impact.

5/2/1 on a touch over .50 TS% 105ORTG 109DRTG.

You throw him on as a defensive disrupter for minutes here and there. He's nowhere close to the top 7 players.
