12 currently so far this season. The league's limit is 16 technical fouls in a season before receiving an automatic one-game suspension.

HIs rate is roughly tech every 4 games (12/47 games played), there are 20 games left, you can do it Luka!

Tim MacMahon: Luka Doncic’s technical foul vs. the Knicks will stand as called, the league office determined after a routine review. Doncic, who had a T rescinded after the Mavs’ Feb. 27 win over the Warriors, officially has 14 this season — two shy of a one-game suspension.

After a one-game suspension, it will reset, right? So it's not a big deal really if he takes one game off. Just that it will cost him a lot of money, even though he got a ton.

Yes, money and a possible MVP bid, I would think? I haven't encountered a league MVP that has been suspended for a game. Maybe I am wrong.

But if I were Luka, I'd serve the suspension as soon as possible. Better now than in the playoffs. Seems to me he is the Slovenian Rasheed Wallace. He dont like the refs and the refs dont like him either.

Im pretty sure it resets for the playoff. Unless every star hovering around 10 techs would just do **** in blow out games before the playoffs to avoid missing any importent games. I also dont think anyone cares about that when it comes to MVP voting.
