Is it possible that Mavs payroll will hit $200M next year?

Mavs already have a $151.6M payroll for next year.
If they match Brunson on a ~$30M/yr 4 yr contract, use the ~$10M TPE, mini-MLE, and add one vet min, would Mavs have a $200M payroll? Do you think Cuban will be willing to pay?

Luka Dončić $35,700,000
Tim Hardaway Jr. $19,602,273
Spencer Dinwiddie $18,000,000
Dāvis Bertāns $16,000,000
Dorian Finney-Smith $12,402,000
Dwight Powell $11,814,815
Reggie Bullock $10,012,800
Maxi Kleber $9,000,000
Boban Marjanović $3,500,000
Trey Burke $3,492,063
Josh Green $3,098,400
Sterling Brown $3,000,000
Marquese Chriss $2,193,920
Frank Ntilikina $2,036,318
Jalen Brunson
Moses Wright
Theo Pinson
Team Totals $151,635,210

Nah, I doubt it'll hit 170.

Mavs will have 15 players on their rosters, Brunson salary will start at ~20, and they will dump 2 of the 3 Bs for 2nds, trade Powell+picks for some center.

My best bet is they will try to get rid of Bertans and THJ. Brown, Frank, Chriss and Burke also won't be on the roster anymore. They will be looking for a proper center so there is a high chance one of Powell or Maxi also gets traded. But that's just my theory.

A healthy THJ might compliment Luka better than Brunson as he does not need ball in his hand to be effective and can get hot anytime. There will be teams willing to pay $25M/yr for JB but I don't think Mavs can afford to spend >$100M on guards. JB is better than a few of the players making between $20-30M (2023 season) below, but those are all bad contracts... Bertans, Brown, Frank, Chriss and Burke are not impactful players and you cannot trade them for positive assets.

Trae Young $29,750,000
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander $29,750,000
Michael Porter Jr. $29,750,000
Kevin Love $28,900,000
Chris Paul $28,400,000
Kyle Lowry $28,333,334
DeMar DeRozan $27,300,000
Jaylen Brown $26,669,643
Al Horford $26,500,000
Draymond Green $25,806,469
Julius Randle $23,760,000
John Collins $23,500,000
Jaren Jackson Jr. $23,437,500
Mike Conley $22,680,000
Malcolm Brogdon $22,600,000
Nikola Vucevic $22,000,000
Terry Rozier $21,486,316
Danilo Gallinari $21,450,000
Fred VanVleet $21,250,000
Jerami Grant $20,952,381
Buddy Hield $20,522,727

Yeah indeed, it won't be easy to re-construct this roster. And i do also agree that with all his flaws, THJ can get instantly hot and gets you 20 quick points. He would actually be more valuable than Brunson right now, true.

It should be more flexible after 2023. That's when you wipe almost everyone off the payroll. But it has to be that way as a consequence of the KP trade. But Bertans has an early termination option so I think he too is out by 2023 along with Powell, Maxi etc. That gives you a window to sign someone significant. Hopefully Nico can make that happen with his connections league wide.
