You can go to the park or to the beach instead watching Mavs... No one here will miss you

Dumbest post of the year award. He doesn't agree with your (continuous) negativity and you go out and make random homophobic insults? Cmon man. Embarrasing

This game and Pelicans games are must win if the team wants to maintain hope in top 6 seed, one loss and the team will be more likely playin team, 2 losses, and play in spot will be in danger.

Mavs next 7 games are all winnable. You’ve got some key guys missing (or likely still missing e.g. Ja Morant), so hope we can take advantage.
Jazz are coming in on a 3 game losing streak to teams below them in the standings, so they will be fighting for a W. Hope we can match their intensity.

No argument at all... That's the result.
No problem

It was a sincere and POSITIVE wish back to him, who doesn't enjoy the park/beach time with a Mavs fan?

This sub really took a nosedive this year. There is only few people left with whom you can have an intelligent conversation about the game backed with either stats or video etc, or just share simple opinions.
And then there is toxicity from guys who just attack whoever doesn't agree with them. It's like, "I said so, you either agree with me or you are 13yo or gay".. That's basically what i am reading in this thread and in some other threads.
I kinda wish mod-Dirk would drop the hammer down and send few of them on extended vacation.

Use the report button on any posts that may break rules or just in general to describe anything or anyone that may drag things down. Unfortunately I have been unable to have much time to do anything than watching the games the last year or two.
The report generates a notification, so that makes it easier to notice.
Someone reported a post on the topic and that's how I noticed the mess above.
I'm going to try to offer a two way contract to someone and bring in a new mod to be more present.

If you think someone is too negative or something... you should just report it. It's hardly ever going to lead to anything positive if you just tell someone to leave.
(he received a warning for the childish replies).
If someone is consistently negative, that's annoying... but it's not against the rules to feel negative. But yeah, if someone's just stubbornly negative, just report it if they don't do anything else but annoy others.

Lesson learned. And going forward I would respect all Mavs fans. (I don't give a poo poo about other fanbase but I care about the Mavs fanbase.)
However I won't tolerate comments that is irrelevant to basketball as well, such as "are you a child" or "go hang at a park/beach coz no one is going to miss you here". To me that's comment about a person rather basketball discussion.
In neither case, I was the aggressor initially.
Just saying.

I was not optimistic about an upcoming game, and BANG! I was labelled as negative annoying fan. Since when negativity is not allowed on a forum, where are we? China?!
Had the Mavs been playing more decently, it would help a lot, yes?
