Naji suspended 4 games, PJ 1 game, Nurkic who started it 3 games, that's just unfair...
It would be a miracle if they win this game

PJ got 1 game? For what?!?
That's pathetic, double standard at his finest, Draymond got 1 f'n game for literally stomping on purpose, and PJ gets the same..for a push?
"Instigating behavior", my ass. Straight up bull****

And btw that's the 2nd time in less than 1 month that we have to go to freaking Oregon on a back-to-back..

Some interesting facts about Luka/Klay combo from reddit. We can see how incredibly important Luka is for Klay's 3pt shooting. Most of that is the space and gravity he creates and leaves Klay with an open shot.

Prior to return from injury

Klay w/Luka:

• 41.9% overall (65/155) • 50% (24/48) from 2 • 38.3% (41/107) from 3 • 38.5% (10/26) on corner 3s • 38.3% (31/81) on 3s above the break

Klay w/out Luka:

• 27.8% overall (15/54) • 24% (6/25) from 2 • 31% (9/29) from 3 • 16.7% (2/12) on corner 3s • 41.2% (7/17) on 3s above the break

Since return from injury

Klay w/Luka:

• 48.6% overall (34/70) • 52.4% (11/21) from 2 • 46.9% (23/49) from 3 • 47.6% (10/21) on corner 3s • 46.4% (13/28) on 3s above the break

Klay w/out Luka:

• 52.8% overall (19/36) • 78.6% (11/14) from 2 • 36.4% (8/22) from 3 • 16.7% (1/6) on corner 3s • 43.8% (7/16) on 3s above the break

• Left corner 3s: 10.5% (2/19) • Right corner 3s: 45.7% (21/46)

When Luka is off-court, Klay is shooting 32.65 from three, when he’s on-court with Luka he shoots 41% from three.

Horror show from Gafford, was benched 2 minutes in, came back worse.
Rest Kyrie, this one is over...

Kyrie was huge again.

Ok we missed a lot of guys but 126 points from those Blazers is absurd. Probably their best offensive game of the season. What a shame.
We can win those type of games even shorthanded with a good defensive effort.

Can Lively play 3 games in a row at 20yo? Come on.

No mention on Kidd, the S5 was terrible at the start of the game and he put the same 5 on the court at the start of the 3rd. -20 hole.
Another masterclass move by our brillant mastermind coach.

Given his well-known quick response, he will find the solutions for this match in mid-February.
What a moron.

The team, with this head coach at the helm, simply doesn't treat regular season like it's serious...they coast, play casual... there's no sense of urgency...seems like they think they'll do what they did last year...coast till the ASB, then they'll push for the last part of the RS(trying to climb up the standings)... it's dangerous, homecourt advantage matters...you can't get to the finals everytime when you're always the Lower seed

Its just so frustrating...they have almost the same record as Lakers, who really aren't that good...this team should be higher, everybody from coach to players must look at themselves in the mirror and think about what needs to change

I'm disgusted with Gafford's showing yesterday, Naji and PJ aren't playing becauae they had his back, he comes out and plays like a little bitch.

Those stats, like most stats, don't tell the whole story. I've paid attention to how Klay plays when Luka is off the court. What I see is something entirely different. When everyone is health (Luka being on the floor) Klay tends to relax more and not force shots. When the team is not healthy(and Luka is not on the floor) I see Klay forcing shots that he otherwise wouldn't take, maybe he feels he needs to step up is my guess?

I think that's really the issue. Yes, having a someone running the point like Luka is going to get him some more open looks, but he needs to adjust properly. Defense 1st, shoot when open, and don't force shots - make the extra pass. Simple as that.
