What do you think?

Personally, I've been thinking for a while that the level of US coaches has been drastically declining and I believe that this "fashion" of relying on former (great) players is one of the problems...

If only Popovich is 15 years younger, the new Mavs owners would probably throw a ton of cash his way.

Think the issue thru the years is making stars and not winning. In europe everything is about winning. In US its special treatmebt for talent from young age
