I will be a Mavs fan forever anyway but what happened tonight was absurd.

At least take out a big package from Luka, this is too suspicious. No explanation. Really.

We sent an FRP!!!! the justification is long-term concern for health? and the answer is AD with excess kilometers... we have the enemy at home, this was brutal... if the place vetoes CP3 to LA... it is is this legal???..ami they lost me

At least one will be. His 3 most hated Mavs players were Josh, Kleber and Luka. All gone now.

We have concern about Luka long term health and then we trade for an older even more injury prone player? And the gap between them is just one distant pick?
Nico deserves to be fired on the spot, and with him everyone who endorsed the decision to destroy the franchise.

Unfortunately it''s a different case. At the time the league was the owner of the Pels so they have all the rights to veto that trade.

As a Bulls fan, I feel for you guys. I boycotted our squad long ago. In that situation, it hasn’t worked because not many did it. If you all band together and create a movement, and especially if families get involved, it’ll likely work.

Even cancelling league pass sends a message.

A generation talent who wants to resign for a team but their GM dump him. Insane.

Commissioner should had a role in this league, i follow NBA from 30+ years and i saw trade rejected.

This is not for the good of the game. Really.

You saw the Odom/Gasol for Chris Paul trade rejected. The league owned the New Orleans basketball team at the time.

Adelson familly bought the Mavs from Cuban and at the time the reporting was that Cuban had a deal with the Adelson's that they would bring their GOP/Republican connections to push for legalization of Casino's in Texas. Cuban would then get a part of the casino business when they build a new stadium. Adelson familly is by the numbers biggest Trump supporter, like 100+ million in donations to the campaign.

From reporting it has been extremely difficult to get the casion bill through and it doesn't seem like Texas officials are buying it.

So you pivot. How do you move a team to Vegas where your family has **** ton of connections? Kill the fanbase. How do you do it? This trade.

People stop buying tickets, stop coming to games and u go "Look we gotta move, nobody is coming" and u move that team to Vegas lol.

Jesus christ. I am truly sorry.

I used to be a New Jersey Nets fan. The way this is playing out eerily reminds me of what happened when Bruce Ratner brought the Nets with the sole purpose of using them to facilitate a real estate investment in Brooklyn. He came in, started tearing everything apart. Jason Kidd getting traded to you guys was the first domino to fall.

This is disgusting. You guys don't deserve this.
