Sorry guys this won't be as good as my usual. I'm snowed in and getting power in like 10 minute increments.
They played down to the Heat. Let's hope they don't do it again.
Your
Dallas Mavericks (22-11)
3rd in the Southwest Division and 5th in the West
Probable Starting Five:
Key Reserves:
They are in rebuilding mode.
The Minnesota Timberwolves (4-28)
5th in the Northwest Division and 15th in the West
GO MAVERICKS!!

Nice thread, I like the animated gifs - I've never thought of that for a game thread before, I'll have to steal the idea. Good luck.

Mavs should win this one pretty easily, but thats also what I thought about the Heat game, and the opposite for the Warriors game.... Pretty unpredictable lately, but as long as we keep winning then ill take it.

Nice first period. Let's see if we can put them away early and have an easy game.

Off Topic. Laker fan here. I met Josh Howard in Las Vegas during all-star weekend. My cousins and I were chillin in the casino and he walked in. Im a big fan of Josh so I had to walk up and say whats up. He was real cool and we spoke for a minute. My cousin told him that he has to ease up on the lakers when he plays them and he said I cant do that homie. It was funny. But truly a good dude.

Strange lineup on the floor right now. Don't think I've seen this combination yet this year.

I would have expected him to playfully punch you in the nose for telling him to ease off. Terry would have punched you in the crotch.

It is weird to hear names from Minny. They have very few players that play that they have drafted.

That's what happens when you gut your team and start a rebuilding effort. They can rebuild around Jefferson, though, I think.

Yeah, Damp didn't travel with the team. I figured everyone knew this already, I guess not, but as of right now it doesn't look like we need Damp for this game.

I count 4. Brewer, Mccants, Richard, and Craig Smith.
but, Mavs only have 4 too. Harris, Howard, ager, faz. Barea was FA. Everyone else drafted somewhere else.

I kind of count Dirk as our draftee. It was a pre-arranged draft deal, even though we didn't actually draft him ourselves. (I smile every time I think about that one)
