And dont get a PG in return, who would they go get? My only good option is trade Bass or JuHo or ager to NJ for armstrong.
Thoughts?

I would hope they wouldnt trade Terry at all... But lets say they did trade Terry for another position... I'm sure we could work a deal in for Andre Miller or even a JJ Redick if we were desperate, but even if Terry wasnt here, the guard position is still pretty stacked with Devin, JJ, Stack, Jones, Ager, and Hassell to work either guard position.

you have no faith in Barea?
Westphal says he's top 50 worldwide!
go get Gary Payton or Erick Strickland...

Strickland? I cannot beleive how long he played and how much money he made for being a real spare

Plus all mavs would need is 8-10 mins out of him. Payton was reported going somewhere.
It is not that I dont beleive in Barea. I think that you need more help than just him.

I doubt the Mavs trade Terry without a PG coming back.
Ridnour or Watson from Seattle would be solid backups.

Watson is my ideal, but getting him would be tough.

I would not worry too much
1) Harris can easily get more minutes (say, 40)
2) Barea is a good 2nd string PG (IMO)
3) Stack & Jones can do like Boston does with Ray Allen
4) Howard is our point forward (emergency point)
5) Bacjup PG's are fairly attainable.
