Bass's New Role

With the acquisition of Kidd, we need Bass to play like this for us:

But he's not like that and never will be. That is not Bass's game. Not his talent. Not his physical ability. If you havent noticed, he misses more dunks than jumpshots. True, but you can NEVER say Bass' style is even close to Martin. I'm not saying one is better than the other, but they are no where near the same type of player!
You are right on that, but the part I was remembering was Martin being able to fly over everyone to make very acrobatic dunks and alley hopps. I'm not even sure Bass can 1) Jump 2) focus on the ball 3) Grab the ball 4) even touch the rim all withing the second it takes to complete an alley hoop. Martin was as good if not better than Marion and Amare in that department.DDansby123 wrote:I don't remember enough about K-Mart to make the comparison.
