Now that the Jason Kidd deals seems like it is going to happen what else do you see us doing before the Thursday 3:00 ET deadline, if anything?
Also, what other moves do you see occuring in the NBA before the deadline?

None. I doubt we'll make any more moves after this... We'll probably sign a center out of free agency (Please dont let it be Mbenga again)... But as far as trading, we dont really have anything left to trade.

As far as in the league, im sure the Cavs will make a move to try to keep pace in the east, and I wouldnt be surprised to see someone in the west trying to make a move to try to compete with us, Phoenix and LA

Mbenga is signed through the season for the Lakers.
The Lakers have a center rotation of Bynum, Gasol, DJ, Turiaf, Mihm all against the lonely Dampier.

Well, it those are all concidered centers, then we have:
Dirk for Gasol
Bass for Turiaf
Fazekas for Mihm
Dampier for Bynum
Juwan for DJ

We should be able to grab a serviceable big via free agency like a Justin Williams or a Marc Jackson, but I would really prefer someone via trade, using our remaining exception and the 2nd round pick we saved.

JES, dont mind the little troll... dude's just upset they couldnt get kidd with the Lame A$$ package they offered the nets...
for all i know, jerry west was doing some back door magic with the grizzlies management so they could send gasol to LA... that would be in response with mchale sending KG to boston...

Who the hell gives a damn about anyone other than Bynum versus Dirk which is just unfortunate for the Mavs. Gasol is going to tire out Dirk defensively. Josh Howard will give us problems but I was scared of Devin Harris, not Jason Kidd...
We play him well

Dirk never had major problems playing Pau. It was rather the other rail round. I've seen all the national-team games plus many Dal-Mem-matchups and i can't think of one in which Gasol 'tired out Dirk defensively'...
The games Germany lost were simply because the level of the rest of the German team is nowhere close to the team that Spain has.
We're pretty thin up front without Diop but we'll see who will be acquired and how it'll work out.
