thanks to uberman from the lone mavs fan forum for posting this.
"Donnie Nelson just said on ESPN 103.3 radio that Josh lost two close family members within the last couple of weeks. He is a very private person and did not want it known. Rather than take off a few days he tried to play through it for the sake of the team."

from what i read in the past, josh is a strong guy... he didnt really have a good childhood so im sure he is strong enough for challenges like these.. hopefully, that will motivate him even more...

Well, criticizing his play on the court when he isn't playing good is one thing. I think we all love JoHo and wish the best for him.
I think we all knew something else was up, but it is sad to hear this.
