Is Brand back tonight? Does it matter? Do we want to win?

Clips win.

I watches Rescue Dawn last night and noticed Elton Brand was a producer... check imdb and yup it's the real Elton Brand.

Pretty good movie.

Denver @ Phoenix tonight. This is a good opportunity to jump back ahead of the Nuggets.

Fazekas show Cuban what a prejudiced idiot Avery was to let you go and go for a double double so we can have more ammo to scrap Avery and his ISO BS system.

How the hell does Kidd only have one assist? Is Avery having Terry run the point? Are we back to the tried, but failed ISO.

BTW, we look bad.

If Jason Kidd and Josh Howard can play the way they have been the last 3 games after Dirk comes back, I think we have a good chance.

Damp and Bass need to be more concistant on the floor and and Stack needs to be more consistant on dressing in a 42 jersey.

Terry had a good game tonight. At his current rate, the next 4 games he will be god awful.

You know....

I just want to mention how lucky you fans in Dallas are to have Mark Followill, Brad Davis and Bob Ortegal calling the games. Around the league, most announcers just all out suck.

Like the Clippers tonight. Every 3pt shot made by the clippers, no matter how close or when in the game, they would scream out "BINGO" (pronounced "BANGO" by them) as if they just won the game. No "rip the cords," no "money ball," or anything other than "BANGO." It becomes quite redundant and annoying. I mean really, you get paid thousands of dollars and the best you can come up with is "BANGO?" WTF?

Also, for the most part, the mavs group calls the game fairly, not to homerish, will admit when the mavs got away with a call, gets exited even when the other team makes an awesome play (that may annoy some mav fans, but BB fans in general would appreciate it), knows the opponent well, doesn't stumble upon their words, is not monotone, does not go too far off talking about things that have nothing to do with the game while there is action on the court, etc, etc. They can be corny at times, but no where near as bad as the ones I

Well, the Clipper announcers at least did their homework & knew what they were talking about. No mixing up of names. No passing off of old info and acting like it's breaking news. They were not too homerish, though they always pointed out the missed calls by the refs that would have favored the Clipeprs and faild to due such the other way. For the most part, they too called the game and did not stray with too much talking about irrelevant subjects, but lord, by listening too them, you would think they had a very limited vocabulary and every shot was a game winner if 1) it was a 3 pointer and 2) it was shot by a Clipper.

Edit: I also try to get involved with the Blazers as all my friends here are Blazer fans, but I just can't do it with Mike Rice employed by that organization. Their post game analysis also pales in comparision to the Mavs post game analysis (which I miss since I have not hear one in over a year now). I really, really try to like the Blazers as more of a social thing around here, but I can't do it as long as the volume is up!

According to Wiki, he is in Seattle doing the Sonics radio play by play on KTTH-AM 770.

I liked Matt Pinto as well.

I wonder if Pinto is coming to OKC with the Sonics. So many people are lining up to take about any job with the Sonics when they get here. I hope they do a realign and move Memphis to the Eastern Conference, Milwaukee to the Western Conference and NW division and OKC becomes part of the SW division. Then you would have OKC, Dallas, Houston, San Antone, and New Orleans together... That would be cool and very geographically pleasing!

They should just eliminate Memphis and the Clippers (no city deserves 2 teams and no state deserves 4 teams) all together. Then redo the schedule so that every team would play the other 27 teams 3 times each (no 2-2 or 1-1 season ties) totalling 81 games. Make the playoffs top 8 reguardless of division and conference. Top 8 means the regular season would mean something like it does in football and baseball. That would be cool.
