Fully understand your point and I'm not trying to take anything away from you. Some of the POG threads are getting low traffic and if they're out sooner more Dallas fans might be interested to cast who they feel is the POG.

Agreed as well, but the thread could be pre-made and no vote count until someone official like a mod or foty makes a 'game over' post and then the votes can be tallied.

I do agree with both of you to a certain extent. I also hate the jinx factor! your_dallas_mavericks, if you want me to remove it, I will, and you can just create one after the game?

By the way, there is no jinx factor. We figured things out, worked them out, and came to a conclusion without anyone getting bent out of shape or anything. That is so non-jinxing. You da G-Mod HMFFL!

Lock this thread until after the game. That way, the thread will be created and no further jinx will be added by having this thread open while the game is being played. Also, we might need to kill a chicken

No point in creating it before we play. If youn want to work on it during the 4th and then post it when the clock reaches 0:00, then by all means, do so. But posting it before the game is over just should not happen.

Another option, if mavsfoty is by the computer at the end of the game is to edit his original post with a poll of the top 6 mavericks.
