Cuban should go for Rick Carlisle

I always liked his defensive presence as a head coach and before as an assistant. He is smart and doesn't bet against himself and doesn't second guess himself. He's experienced and has had his sabbatical. Is there any way to get him before Chicago or Milwaukee does?

Would you rather have Avery or Carlisle?

they're practically the same coach and the same style and carlisle really grinds on his players. which makes me wonder why the bulls would want him since they got rid of a coach like that in scott skiles

I'm thinking he may have let up a little bit.

Well, I do too. I like what he did with Indy and Detroit. How those teams were built and utilized were attributed to him. I am thinking though it would be a lateral move if he were to come here instead of Avery.

I like Carlisle. Yes his offense is boring, and he is tough-hard nosed and can grind on his players a bit. But there's one thing he does well, and that's to get the best out of his players.

Stack and Howard would do well under Carlisle. They would drive to the basket more than they would jump shoot...

And this time is wasn't JES12 being the prophetic one, it was me. I called it. Carlisle will be the Mavs 9th head coach!
