You couln't pay me to watch Kidd-Stack-Howard-Scola-Yao

And BTW, Bass would be starting over Scola IMO. Still could not pay me to watch that lineup.

Houston would be killing with Alson-TMac-Battier-Dirk-Dampier

I'd be laughing if they turned that down.

I think Dallas declines because of talent reasons, Houston because of financial reasons.

Im a Mavs fan first and would decline, but im also a Dirk fan and i would love to see Dirk and TMac going at it. Damp setting the screens for TMac. Dirk and TMac creating so much space that Battier and Rafer could let it rain all day. Would be nice if Bobby could stay in Houston though.

All wishful thinking. Not gonna happen.

I'd like this better if we did a backcourt swap.

Alston + Tmac for Kidd + Stack

What about Josh Howard and Terry for T-mac and Rafer?

Idk, maybe swapping Josh - Kidd for Tmac - Battier isnt that bad for either team.
Kidd would be useless here with TMac handling the ball, he can create for himself. Kidd in Houston with a big man like Yao might be something special on the other hand. Kidd can make Yao so much better.
Josh will be traded for Marion or Butler and both teams are happy.

Houston:
Yao - Laundry - Deke
Scola - Hayes - Laundry
Butler - Novak
Kidd - Head
Rafer - Jackson - Brooks

I put Kidd at SG as he will guard the opposing SG.

Dallas:
Dampier - MLE
Dirk - Bass
Battier - George
Tmac - Stack - Jones
Jet - Lue

Looks great to me.

I don't see any of the Western Conference contenders doing any trades together. Luther Head playing for Dallas is something I would like to see happen.

Dallas wouldn't do it because Yao can't stay healthy.

i think id do that trade simply b/c i think scola's an upgrade from damp, dallas ive always thought has had decent luck w/injuries and id take a chance on yao, b/c of age. but it sucks taking a chance on a guy that big w/his injury problems. id probably try and limit his minutes

but houstons lineup would be better, once all the dumbass fans got past the lol look at the chokers comments

Yao will be 28 when he next steps foot on the court. Any "because of the age" argument on Yao is null when put into relative comparison to Dirk.

maybe something like a package with josh howard in it for yao...

dirk and yao would be a good inside-outside combo.... not to mention dirk has pretty good passing skills for a big man and yao can actually catch a basketball....

if that happens, cuban has got to be dying from nervousness every summer since all 3 stars will be playing in summer leagues... dirk plays for germany, yao for china and kidd for team USA....

I highly doubt Houston or Dallas would ever trade Yao or Nowitzki.... I guarantee you Houston will not be trading Scola any time soon, especially while taking Dampier's God-awful contract. Dallas would have a better shot at Landry... But this trade is ridiculous for so many reasons... Dallas would definately do it though.

if cuban is thinking of generating money thru yao and adding a market in china, then maybe he'd consider..... at least....

I personally like Luther Head, but you must not be watching how he plays in the playoffs! :)

He only played 8 minutes during game one and just over 11 during game two. I don't see the big deal. Overall he had an off year but it's still a very small investment.
