Press Release -
Philadelphia 76ers President and General Manager Ed Stefanski announced today that Executive Vice President Larry Brown has chosen to resign.
In January of 2007, Brown rejoined the Sixers' organization as Executive Vice President, less than six years removed from coaching the franchise to the NBA Finals in 2001.

I wouldn't hire Larry Brown to wash my car. Because only the front half of the car would actually get washed before Larry quit.
The guy is a quitter and we do not need a guy like that no matter how good a coach he is suppose to be.

JA Adande answered a question about this issue in his latest chat. The answer is perfect.
Jeff (Dallas, Tx): If Dallas is bounced and Avery is fired, who does Cuban bring in? Larry Brown?
J.A. Adande: (3:59 PM ET ) I can't imagine Cuban and Brown working together. Both are too insistent on doing things their way.
