Why do you like the Mavs team?

To me, the Mavs is unbelievable. They're usually underrated. Many calls them 'soft'. But at the end, the Mavs competes with hustle plays after hustle plays to help the commentators to eat their words.
I like Dirk and JET for making those severely contested shots. I like Josh for defending the top players like foolish. We don't have any high-profile superstar. But we're here to compete. I like those competitive spirit.

My grandfather took me to my first game at Reunion Arena and I got to see the Showtime Lakers take on the 80's Mavs. I've been hooked since. 11 wins or 67 wins I love this team. The recent success has been that much more enjoyable because I remember the bad.

My dad took me to my first game in Reunion Arena against the Sonics in their prime... The Mavs had the three J's playing and they actually won the game. I cant stop watching them ever since. Obviousy, its much funner to watch this team now, but I am a Cowboys and Mavericks fan for life.

Watched this team since 85' Harper,Blackman,Aguirre,Perkins and Donaldson.

Hooked on this team ever since Chris Anstey was drafted there. Was one of the first Aussie players in the NBA.

Mavs have always been my favourite team because of Dirk. I love him as an athlete and as a person. Very disappointed on how he has given all he can in this series, how he came back from injury in record time but no one steps up, only Terry and Bass are playing reasonably well.

I like the Mavs team, now what I am seeing I don't know what it is and I don't like that. But I like the Mavs team...

me being german and knowing him a lil bit plays a role as well. would love his game even if he wouldn't be german.
