I was playing NBA 2K8 and saw that Dallas (a season from now) had the following roster:

PG. Jason Kidd / RookiePG
SG. Jason Terry / RookieSG / Aaron McKie
SF. Shawn Marion / Antoine Wright
PF. Dirk Nowitzki / Brandon Bass
C. Kurt Thomas / RookiePF-C

Would you guys do this trade (seeing it from a fantasy point of view) or stand pat?

Dallas trades:
Jason Terry to Miami
Antoine Wright to LA Clippers

LA Clippers trade:
Elton Brand to Dallas
Brevin Knight to Miami
Ruben Patterson to Miami

Miami trades:
Jason Williams to LA Clippers
Ricky Davis to LA Clippers
Rookie SG-SF to Dallas

Which will leave you guys with:
PG. Jason Kidd / RookiePG
SG. RookieSG / RookieSG-SF / Aaron McKie
SF. Shawn Marion / Rookie SG-SF
PF. Dirk Nowitzki / Brandon Bass
C. Elton Brand / Kurt Thomas / Rookie

why the hell would the clippers do that? they give up there best players for 2 aging guards both of whom are me-first type players and a young sg who probably wont be more then a serviecable starter (at best)

they wouldnt do that if the mavs gave them brandon bass too

That's why I was saying from a fantasy standpoint, Mavs fans would do that even if they got a hole at SG?

If Brand is in any three way deal with Miami and Dallas, two of these names...Howard, Dirk, Marion, and Wade...would need to be menitioned in the suggestionl.
