a) It doesn't work unless both teams added a LOT of salary to the deal Josh is BYC and the Bucks are closer to the Luxury Tax than they are from being able to absorb Josh's salary.
b) Even if the trade were to go down as ordered: Then we have created 2 holes in the starting lineup.
If you trade Howard you have to replace him with a starter, at worst, and preferably address both the SF/SG positions. IMO the only way it makes sense to send Howard to Milwaukee is for a package that contained Redd, Mason, and Villanueva OR Redd, Simmons, & C-V.
