Hinrich+Nocioni+Noah=JHo+Stack+EJones?
Will you do this, guys?
I am just desperately trying to get rid of those 3 players who showed no heart in last year playoffs...

No, i wouldnt do it. Its probably fair valuewise but the Bulls dont do it as Hinrich and Noah are integral parts of their team and Josh plays the same position as Deng.
Hinrich doesnt do much for me with Kidd here, Nocioni is available for expirings and Noah really just doesnt fit a need any longer. Not nearly enough to consider Josh for this package.

I don't make much sense unless Carlisie wants a 2-PG lineup.
C - Diop - Damp / Noah
PF - Dirk - Bass / FA
SF - Nocioni - DG / RAT
SG - Hinrich - AW / SF
PG - Kidd - JET
If the Bulls part with Selfolosa for Brandon Bass, there's a deal.
C - Diop - Damp / FA
PF - Dirk - Noah / FA
SF - Nocioni - DG / RAT
SG - Selfolosa - AW / SF
PG - Kidd - Hinrich / JET
This one makes more sense. Hinrich can be the successor to Kidd. JET can play majority minutes at SG. But the Mavs can run with better defender for starter lineup.

I think I'd do it, but I'm a lot more down on Josh than most on here. They'd basically be getting 3 highly usable players for 1. Josh is probably the best player in the deal, but one of the huge problems with this team is the lack of depth. Noah could give them some needed interior defense. Hinrich would probably start at SG, and Nocioni at SF. That would be a drop at SF (I guess). Just how much of a drop is debatable. Maybe Nocioni clicks with Kidd. Josh sure as heck doesn't (didn't).
Another reason I'd do it is I just don't think I can stomach this team coming back as is. The NBA season would be over before it even starts in my mind. No hope for the future or present, so why watch. They've got to mix the thing up somehow IMO. I do realize this is also a good reason why GMs can't think like fans.

No way I would do that. We can't afford to water down talent.

You can't be serious, are you? Have you ever watched those two play?

From the standpoint of simply improving the current team, I'd do this deal fairly easily.

I would really think about agreeing to this deal. If I were to do it I would have to be assured that Nocioni will click with Kidd offensively. However, defensively this is a big improvement.

This is ridiculously lopsided in favor of Dallas. While Howard is the best player in that deal, getting three good players for him (one of which is just in his 2nd year) would be a steal for Dallas. Chicago shots this down in a hurry.
Where does Howard play in Chicago? They have Deng, who plays the same position as Howard, so that further drives Josh's value down as far as Chicago is concerned.
There's no way Chicago makes this deal.

chicago wouldnt do it also because deng and howard play the same position. anyway, if hinrich comes our way you better try to find a good deal involving kidd.
