Well, some trades are lopsided recently.
e.g.
Kwame Brown, Crittenton, and a late first for Pau Gasol
2nd rounder for Marcus Camby
Bobby Jackson and a late first for Ron Artest
It's just that we lose all the opportunities.
Not that, I don't know it have to be agreed upon by teams.
But in this league, lopsided trades do happen.
Why don't we try to swing one?
For the Bulls, they signed Deng. There's no point in keeping Noc around (thanks to his contract).
Not many team is willing to take him coz he's not as young or contract-friendly.
But still, he can start on some (contending) teams.
The Hughes for Damp is not proposed by me. I just copy the link above.
In fact, Hughes could be a huge expiring next season. And the Bulls need sizes up front.
If we want to dump Damp, it's a great opportunity.
Hughes, with all his faults, will still win the spot against Green, Wright, EJ, and so on.
Then, we sign Mutombo and J. Williams (who are unlikely re-signed coz they've too many guys).
We can still contend and at the same time start the rebuilding process in-between.
C - Diop / Mutombo / J.Williams
PF - Dirk / Bass / Singleton
SF - JoHo / Stack / RAT
SG - Hughes / Green / AW
PG - Kidd / JET / JJB
