tampering? Nellie was working with GSW while still DAL coach

from the DMN article about Nelson winning arbitration against Cuban:
Cuban, who bought the team from Perot in 2000, contended taking the Golden State job violated a no-compete clause in Nelson's contract.
"I got exactly what I wanted out of the deal, the true facts of the situation," Cuban said in an e-mail. "I feel a lot better knowing that, under oath, [Nelson] said that in between [the] Mavs' Finals games he was meeting with their GM and helping the Warriors work on their draft plans, that he and his lawyers had started discussions more than a month before he took the job, not days as he said publicly."
That is a bit shocking. It may happen all the time and we don't know it.
But does it make it okay that GSW picked O'Bryant that draft?

Cuban just can't get over that playoffs shocker against Nellie and the Warriors.....
take a vacation Mark, you can afford it......

I'll bet it does happen all the time.
Anyway, let Nellie have his victory, and enjoy spending his money. Toss back a beer and a chaser for me while you're at it, Nellie! Be smart, now, and live out your life in Maui luxury. You don't need the game any more (and it doesn't really need you either).

I hear the cost of gas is expensive out there so Nellie really just needed the gas money. Who cares he's gone and we're better for it.

Haha - Nellie consulting with the Warriors so they draft Patrick O'Bryant - that's not tampering, that's sabotage!
