What about trading for Allen Iverson? Maybe Kidd and 1st round pk for AI?

That would give you a lineup of:

PG Iverson/Barea
SG Stackhouse/Terry/Green
SF Howard/Wright/George
PF Dirk/Bass
C Diop/Dampier

Iverson is one of those players which I wish would stp being mentioned with the Mavs.

It's pure and simple, AI comes in, Terry (not Kidd), goes out.

That's all I'm going to say cuz I have said enough on the 10 other threads over the last month mentioning AI for Kidd or AI for Josh.

I dont think mavs can trade the 2009 pick until after the draft. Plus mavs do not need another too small guard. I love what iverson can do and does, but not with Terry here now.

I would cringe at AI+Kidd backcourt.

sorry I am new here i supposed to reply to the thread but I have no idea how i end up quoting his article

Why? This does nothing for either team except trade aging guards make the Mavs even smaller and put the Nuggets back to what they were with Miller.

AI = speed
Kidd = size

That combo would work fine......what doesn't work is Terry + AI backcourt

I agree that I wouldnt trade Kidd for Iverson, but at the same time, I wouldnt want those 2 players on the same team either.
