ok here we go:
20,000 MANIAACS: Dallas sold out all 41 home games this season and had over 20,000 fans show up for 39 of those games at the American Airlines Center. The listed capacity for AAC is 19,200 but that can be surpassed because of attendance in the suites. The Mavericks have sold out 276 consecutive home games, which is an NBA-best sellout streak. The streak started on 12/15/01. Dallas has sold out an additional 39 playoff and 16 preseason games during that same stretch. Since moving into
American Airlines Center (2001-02 season), the Mavericks have posted a home mark of 232-55 (.808). Dallas has sold out all 41 games in each of the past six seasons.

If this board is an indication of fan interest, then you are probably right.
Although if the Mavs put together a strong early season run, fan interest could pick up.

As much as I miss all the Mavs talk theres just nothing to really talk about right now. It's been over 20 days since the Mavericks site has even posted any news. I have even looked around on the net for new material to post about the team and theres just nothing out there. I'm just ready for the season to start and hopefully this team will continue to hold the fans interest.

Give it a day or two I'm sure Josh will do something stupid again that will get people talking. Unfortunatley that doesn't fill up the stat sheet or win playoff games. As you can tell I'm not bitter at all !

There have been a few Mavs articles lately. The last was on Kidd's contract a few days ago. But not a word on here about it.

I have to admit...if that was a non-mav fan saying that, I would have taken offense, but I couldn't help but LOL! You could see that one coming.
