When Dirk went to the bench, the team let the Spurs come within 10

Dirk made daggers that sealed the win.

Damp may have had a +26 with good D on Timmy....
Terry may have had a good shooting night and sparked us when needed...

But Kidd and his seemingly 40 rebounds (acually credited with 8) and his passes to Diop, Damp & company was the key to the game IMO.

Kidd gets my vote

Kidd had like 2-3 huge plays catching rebounds when the game was close in the 4.

And Kidd is by far the best player in all the 4 games together.

One thing I gotta say is that Carlisle is pretty good with Kidd's minutes.

Oh, did I say Kidd? I meant Stack... No, JK. I don't hate or hold a grudge on Kidd like many try to paint me with. I was never anti-Kidd (anti-Iverson, yes, but not anti-Kidd); I was pro-Harris. I think I can give a fair assessment without being biased.

Mavs win, Spurs lose, Rockets lose, Obama wins. Tonight was a good night.

Game FIC Scores
Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas – 20.0
Jason Terry, Dallas – 19.8
Tim Duncan, San Antonio – 19.3
Jason Kidd, Dallas – 18.5

RealGM calculates the Floor Impact Counter using the following formula: (Points + .75 Defensive Rebounds + Offensive Rebounds + Steals + Assists + Blocks - .75 Field Goal Attempts - .375 Free Throw Attempts - Turnovers - .5 Personal Fouls)

Where's that guy who said Diop is a better defender than Damp? Damp's position defense and discipline was superb while Diop gets backed down easily and jumps on the simplest fakes.

I voted Josh because I think rebounding was the key to this game.

Return to Dallas Mavericks
