Sore wrist may sideline Dallas Mavericks' Josh Howard against Clippers

"Josh Howard's sore left wrist kept him out of practice Saturday and might sideline him for today's game against the Clippers. "I'm going to wait until [today] to find out," Howard said Saturday. "Game-time decision." Howard said he sustained the injury trying to break a fall in last Monday's game against Cleveland. He played through pain against San Antonio and up until the fourth quarter Friday at Denver. The pain became so acute that Howard said he couldn't catch the ball. He played just 2:39 of the final quarter against the Nuggets.
