He said Jerry, not Terry. But yea I don't think Jerry could bring an upgrade by himself, I think Josh could though but you never know, I don't think we'll trade him.

As talented as J-Ho is, the Mavs still continue to win without him. Its not just a coincidence. I still believe the Mavs should take a slight downgrade, not major, and go ahead and deal him. If he does come back he needs to take over George's current role. Dirk is third in the league in scoring, Terry is having his best year ever, and Barea is continuing to develop into a good player. If its not broke, don't fix it.

When/If JHo comes back, he needs to be demoted to 3rd option. Terry is flourishing as the second best player and he and Dirk play very well off each other. On the other hand, how many times has JHO clicked that well with Dirk and Terry.
