It doesn't really bother me that his family is sueing the restaurant, but to sue Justin Tolar, the driver of the car that the tow-truck came to help is were it gets stupid. I actually hope Tolar counter-sues the Hancock family for this.

this is typical......just let the poor man RIP this is only going to cause the restaurant to attack Josh's already ailing reputation.

Give it up. Your son made a mistake. Let's not try and blame other people here. He made a mistake and paid way too dear of a price. Don't drag it out.
