Friday: Kip Wells vs. Kyle Kendrick

Saturday: Mike Maroth vs. Cole Hamels

Sunday: Adam Wainwright vs. Adam Eaton

Thoughts: Friday is toss up pitching matchup to me. Saturday, well saturday isn't going to be good for us. And the battle of the Adam, the advantage goes to Wainwright.

Kip Wells is not a major league pitcher. Hope we release him soon...

Terrible first inning for Kip. Only 44 pitches, 7 hits, and 5 runs that inning by good ol Kip. And he almost made an error to end the inning.

And the 2nd inning begins the same way for Kip. Now does he go to the bullpen or get cut, hm...

Hard matchup tonight, I hope Maroth can repeat the first game played as a Cardinal. He has to pitch 6-7 innings, yesterday we had to use our bullpen too early. Positive things: Albert hitted a hr and Percival pitched another scoreless inning.

Make it 2-0....solo shot Ryan Howard...already 3 big mistakes for Maroth, 2 hr and the other one saved by Duncan.

Wo, on that last out in the 1st I was just waiting for Maroth to throw it away ala Wells.

We could say he pitched a Wells-like inning
He threw what....40 pitches? This game is going to be very ugly for us

Yeah, I think he had 37 pitches.

And Helms just robbed Yadi, I have a feeling after getting 2 runners on with no outs were not going to score at all.

Nice, I was actually wrong, lets see if Eckstein can do some damage.

Wow, 2-2 with Rbi single by Maroth and a sac fly by Eckstein. Let's see if Maroth can throw something good...

Unbelievable....unbelievable. 4-2 Phillies, we aren't able to make 3 out in a row.

I hate Pujols messing up my prediction. New prediction 18-3.

:D
At least Albert is heating up...I hope Maroth rebounds in order to throw about 2-3 innings....if not, we'll be in serious difficulty with bullpen.

With the Rowand HR, the pace keeps up.
