DId you know who Matt Joyce was? I sure didn't, but I do now. This guy is impressing out there on the field and the Rays should be proud. Shields is also having an ace-like year so far for a pitcher who isn't an ace. He might be classified as that soon if Price can't get it together, but Shields has been performing ridiculously well thus far. Let's hope these two can keep it up.

Uh, yeah.
Joyce came in the trade for Edwin Jackson.
He's had injury problems the past two seasons.
I had projected him as an eventual 25 hr, 90 rbi guy if he panned out.
Shields started out 4-1 last year in a similar fashion, so we'll have to see.....
