How interest is the Rays for Lee

I see a Possible deal where both sides could be winners ?
The Rays aren't buyers for temporary starting pitching....especially if it meant giving up minor league depth. There would be little interest in signing Lee long term as their payroll is likely to drop next year.
Knowing the FO, they'll stand pat barring major injuries.
