Kazmir vs. Santana has to be the highlight of this series, & hopefully MLB broadcasts focus on these two lefties dueling it out.
As for the rest of the series I think it's gonna be tough. The Twins are coming off a dismal series vs. the Yankees. To make matters worse we have Fossum & Seo starting 2 out of the 4 games this series.

I would say the Twins TBD is Boof Bonser.

The Twins are honoring 4 players before each game.
Game 1: Torii Hunter's Gold Glove.
Game 2: Johan Santana's Cy Young.
Game 3: Justin Morneau's MVP.
Game 4: Joe Mauer's batting title.
I could have games 2 and 3 mixed up.

Fossum needs to step up.
Tough game tonight.

I'm assuming that Carlos Silva will give up 4 home runs, so Fossum doesn't need to step up that much.

If Fossum gives up less than 5, and goes 6 strong innings.....then I'll have to go get some lotto tickets.
(Imagine that, hoping for 6 strong innings).....expectations??????

Well, if he doesn't pitch somewhat well, Mitch Talbot will be paying the St. Pete area a visit sooner rather than later.

The Twins offense has been scoring less than 3 per game, something's gotta give.

Fossum isn't looking to goof around tonight. His control looks good and his slider and curve are breaking hard.

That always seems to happen against the Twins.

She's a midget. The first time I saw her in person she scared the hell out of me, too... makeup at least 3 inches thick.

Please pound the Twins as punishment for laying down for the Yankees. Again.
Also, what has gotten into Casey Fossum? Just 2 ER in 5 IP!

I've said this more than once, the Twins offense is not clicking right now.

Well, sending Sidney Ponson out there doesn't help. And they always lay down for the Yankees.
Fossum's ERA is under 8.40!!

Crawford should be benched for 10 games for that blunder. Quite possibly the worst base running I've ever seen. Not only did he run to third, he then tried to run back to second to compound the screw up. And add to that, he didn't even hustle back to second. Terrible, terrible baserunning.
