Is it time to put Madden on the clock?

I don't know.
My gut feeling is that this team has completely lost it's aggressiveness everywhere.
The Rays are playing passive, much like Madden's personality.
The time may be near.

Absolutely it is time to put the pressure on Maddon! He is way to passive for my liking & his enthusiasm for the organization as a whole has not carried over onto the field.
Like most clubs I would want to talk to Girardi. Seeing how he was w/ the Marlins maybe he'd be interested in coming back to Florida? Ken Matcha is another name that comes to mind.

Thinking about it some, and damn, Earl Weaver wouldn't win this this staff.
I want some major league pitchers here.

I just don't get his thinking....
He brings in Fossum (the human hit)....who luckily gets out of the inning, then leaves him in for the 8th inning. Fossum promptly gives up 2 dingers and exits with the game in doubt.
I can understand the righty/lefty thing, but Fossum is being destroyed by both.
Righties are batting .340, and lefties are .337.
this is after a half season......it's more than a trend....geez....
