Scott Kazmir signed a 4 year extension.
Contract could be worth 39 million.
Rays have option for 2012.

Rays have option for 2012.
The contract guarantees Kazmir $28.5 million, and has a maximum value of approximately $39.5 million. The agreement is also guaranteed through 2011, with the team holding an option for the 2012 season.
