Rays need some heat in the pen

Rays lack balance in the pen, and it is hurting them.
Top speeds of some key guys;
Wheeler 88
Howell 87
Shouse 87
Percival 90
Nelson 89
Balfour last night was only hitting 90......down from 95-97 last year. Something is very wrong with him.
These guys have all got to be perfect every night, and that just isn't possible.
Message to Friedman: Get some heat. This bullpen may implode before long.
