For Edison Volquez

I dunno. Even though we've seen Volquez struggle as a major leaguer I would at least think the Rangers were waiting to watch him develop a little more. If we're really building for the future, why trade a good arm that could pitch well in a couple of years?


But Josh Hamilton is a good player, even with his problems

Tricky trade. Volquez has been very inconsistent, and pitching at a real premium. Outfield in this town sucks tho.

With all that I have heard ont he Ticket in serious discussions, it make me more nervous. One mistake and he is gone. He has his head on strait now, but a long slump and who knows.

Volquez has only two pitches, and is easy to predict.
