Varsho is elite. Most importantly though he’s not a slap hitting catcher

We should be beating up on bad pitchers. Still not impressed.

Is Guerrero ever gonna hit another home run

Doubtful. He and Bo are on pace for 15 HRs each this season. Talk about a power outage.

Crazy that both are having this power outage and both in the same season.

It’s going to be **** amazing that getting rid of the jacket was the problem all along.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

I didn't have a problem with the HR jacket. Who's idea was it to get rid of it and why?

Management decided the team was having too much fun and they needed to be more serious. Also why they’ve shifted away from Latin players to Americans. Change of approach has been a pretty big failure.

This is a crazy accusation but I agree with it

I've seen enough of Genesis Cabrera. 3 clean innings in 20 appearances this year. Just awful..

Plus he has an option left.
Its not a situation where you are concerned about losing an arm that might figure it out on waivers.

With Francis, Green, and Yariel coming back shortly or within a few weeks, I can't see him not being demoted shortly. I'll rephrase that "I can't see if I was GM, how he would not be demoted"

Batting .200 and making a few nice plays in the outfield doesnt make you elite by any measure.

No, being on pace for 8 bWAR in one of the greatest defensive seasons in baseball history certainly does though
