Tier 1 is clearly Halladay/Stieb

Tier 2 is Roger Clemens. I feel you have to create a special tier for him due to the short term crazy dominance. Two Cy youngs and 20.0 WAR in 2 years.

Tier 3 is guys like Jimmy Key / Pat Hentgen / Kevin Gausman. Who do you add to this tier or does it stop at that?


Probably Clancy and maybe Wells?

Woulda been real nice to get that 2nd game though.
