It would be really beneficial to quote a good part of the article to draw people to it and so they know what to expect. Thanks.

I know you like Lyle Overbay in the 2 hole. But I love linking the Jays athletic, speed outfielders Johnson, Rios, and Wells 1-2-3. I think they can really set the table for the twin towers behind them and cause a lot of havoc on the base paths. It has been a while since the Jays were able to do things like double steal.

I also like Troy Glaus batting in front of Thomas because Glaus runs pretty well for a big man and protection from Thomas will improve Troy's at-bats with how well he hits fastballs. I don't think Glaus will protect Thomas as much and change the pitches the Big Hurt will see. Your thoughts?

Thought I'd help you out

Speed is extremely overrated as far as table setting goes, you need guys that get on base in front of the power hitters and vs RHP, Lyle Overbay is better than Rios at doing just that.

But I still can't believe that Gibbons keeps Overbay in the 2-hole vs LHP. That's where I'd move Rios or even Aaron Hill up the order.

Nurse is below average at best.
Masai is overrated.
I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.

I like Hill at the 2 spot as well, said it in another thread. He always has very good at bats, a very good eye at the plate, and can spray the ball everywhere.
