Jays Ahead Of Curve With Flex Ticket Pricing

Post#1 » by zilby » Sat Apr 4, 2009 10:43 pm

RealGM Person Who Posts Sports Stuff wrote:The Blue Jays feel they have been "a little ahead of the curve" with their flexible ticket pricing and payment plans. "I don't want to say we recession-proofed ourselves," says VP Jason Diplock, but he sees some other clubs playing catch-up.

The Jays have for several seasons, in a cross-promotion with the Toronto Star, offered unreserved season tickets in the 500 level for only $95, an MLB low. Holders are required to redeem passes for seats on game day.

I always get it. And I don't even live in the city for 3 months of the season, but it's still worth it.
