"I figure I might as well since this is where I'll be working for probably the rest of my career," said Bay prior to the Red Sox' 6-4 win over the Nationals, Wednesday night, at Nationals Park. "It's just a natural progression."

IIm a huge Sox fan but I wasnt aware he became a citizen. Sorry if its been posted. Does this affect his eligibility for Canada in the WBC?

Kidding. Couldn't care less. It doesn't affect eligibility to play for Canada though.

Of course not, you can have dual-citizenship.
