He was moved to the 60-day DL, which meant that he didn't count against the 40-man roster, and thus there was no reason to DFA him.


Don't quite understand what they see in Henn...the combination of 11 hits/9 and 7.1 BB/9 (plus a high HR rate to boot) generally isn't a good one, and at 29 entering next season there's really no reason to believe he'll be useful.

Yeah, his MLB stats are ugly but his AAA stats since he moved to the bullpen have been solid including a high K rate.

It's unlikely he'll have anything to offer but probably not out of the question either.
