Shortstop.

Hmmmm
Did we play him at 3rd in his first season with the big club?
Or am I going crazy?

Nope, not crazy...we played him a bit at 3rd in his rookie year with Hudson at second and Russ Adams sucking it up at short. I don't believe that he played the position at any point in the minors, though, but after Koskie got Konked on the Knoggin we didn't really have many other options, save for letting Shea Hillenbrand play his unique brand of stationery defense.

It was when I went to look that up that I realized that I probably need Baseball-Reference as one of my built-in Firefox search engines. Fortunately, they don't have that set up.
