Is there ever a "good" pop? This sucks- he's got great stuff and would be a great addition healthy and at full speed. Too bad for Dustin- must be very frustrating for the kid.

chris carpenter came back..... if mcgowan comes back and has some success in the major leagues that has to be one of the most greatest comeback for a guy that has had injuries after injuries...

Pretty much. I feel bad for him, I admire his work ethic, but I'm not expecting anything. It's just problem after problem after problem with his arm.

Most pitching careers end with injury, it appears McGowan may be no different. Too bad...he had some great talent.

sad thing at one point people actually thought he had better overall stuff and that it was raw and when he would put it together people should watch out... real unfortunate.. hope AA keeps his word and gives him every chance to comeback from the injury
