I smell a 2-run game winning home run by Bautista.

It was a disappointing loss, but I had so much fun at this game, it doesn't even matter.

I was sitting first row in 115, right behind the TD Comfort Sit-Down things (actually, just to the right of that) and spent the game heckling Sandy Alomar Jr along with a host of other guys. It was so much fun.... He was an awesome sport about it, jawing wittily with some of us.

I totally said "Hey Sandy, would you trade that Gold Glove for a World Series ring?" though, heh.

SO much fun. Escobar and The Beast going yard on consecutive at-bats was awesome, and although it didn't turn out well, I was thrilled that the game was decided on an at-bat for Bautista with a runner on.

Good times.

Good to know we still have some quality fans. I used to be a season-ticket holder with a group of my pals across the field from you (first-base side, first row); and we used to just lay into the opposing right fielder and 1st baseman. I don't know if you can still do it, but some of the best times we had were moving over to the seats in right centre just behind the opposing team's dugout, and letting those guys abolutely have it. I have been kicked out of my fair share of jays games, that's for sure, but I have also completely gotten under the skin of a lot of opposing relievers. John Rocker even threw a baseball at my friend, but unfortunately those cowards at The Star didn't publish it - this was when Rockers was completely off of his, and this wasn't so news worthy anymore.

Bwahaha.

I am writing a letter to the Indians' media department though, because Alomar was a riot, he was a good sport about it and had some fun. Definitely want to let him know that he enhanced the game experience.

was out of town for the weekend but kept tabs on this series and the trade deadline. Was disapointed the outcome of the series, but glad there were no bad moves made.
