My vote went to Robbie Alomar. No other Blue Jay was clearly the best player in baseball at their position (and possibly one of THE best players in baseball) over a 5 yr span like Alomar. His work with the glove, bat, baserunning, and intangibles were all outstanding.
All that said, I'm surprised there's been no love for George Bell. He was a true consistent run producer for the Jays with multiple 100 RBI seasons (in an era where it seemed to mean a little more). George is also the only Blue Jay to ever capture the AL MVP award for his amazing season in 87, juiced ball or not he was the best player in the league that year.
I find it hard to compare pitchers and position players, but I give Doc the nod over Stieb as best Jays pitcher of all time. Stieb was amazing, loved watching that slider, but Doc nailed down 20 wins a couple of times. I believe Stieb peaked at 17 (more than once if I recall correctly). Also, Doc's ability to consistently finish games in an era where nobody else does, sets him apart from others (even if Stieb through more CG's and SO's lifetime - not sure about those numbers but he certainly through plenty).

Conversely, a guy like Doug Gilmour would compare to Robbie Alomar, both had somewhat shorter stints on the team, but had their best production years here, and took their teams the farthest they have been in decades.
Sundin and Gilmour both took the Leafs to the conference finals twice.
Anyway, for me it's Delgado, but you can make an argument for plenty of others.

Everybody hates on Josh Towers without much reason. He actually had a pretty successful stint with the Jays (7.1 WAR, which ranks 6th for Jays starters over the last decade).

Maybe for "best first impression".... either him or Guzman for that one.
Both really sprang on the scene causing plenty of excitement/optimism.

I think of useless 4th or 5th outfielders when I think of "worst players". Not sure why but these guys always seem to sneak into my mind:
-Turner Ward
-Jacob Brumfield
-Darnell Cole
-Bobby Kielty
-Dewayne Wise (first stint)

Jacob Brumfield is a classic worst player. Same with Carlos Garcia. I hated that guy with a passion.

Towers biggest crime was then he really started struggling out of the gate that one season about 4-5 years ago, the manager at that time (Gibbons?) refused to drop him out of the rotation. And it wasn't like he had a Halliday like track record and had earned that level of support. All that did was kill his confidence and increase the ire of Jays fans everywhere.
Looking back at his numbers he had 1 decent enough season and a bunch of bad ones.

Brumfield was awesome.. I remember he stole home once (may be one of his first games).. also, Carlos Garcia - what a let down that big trade was!
