Jays Bracketology

Post#1 » by OldNo7 » Wed Jun 29, 2011 10:33 am

Surprised not to see a link on here about this. http://www.sportsnet.ca/bracketology/

Vote for your favourite Jays moments. Last week Morrow's 17K 1-hitter beat out Jack Morris' 20 wins. This week is Kelly Gruber's cycle vs. Raul Mondesi's theft of home.

Early favourites to me: Delgado's 4HR game, Bautista's 50th HR.

Steib's no hitter and Alomar's HOF induction are matched up against each other, and both are unprecedented moments.

Lots of flaws in this list, sure, but its fun nonetheless.

Look at Jerry Howarth trying to look all young and stylish in his shirt there

I wish they played actual video clips instead of still photos

Ha, good thing they didn't put the Alomar or Carter home-runs in there...wouldn't have been close.

They made it top regular season plays for that reason. Otherwise, everyone would have known that Carter's homerun had won the contest before it even started.

Stupid MLB and their stupid media policy. What's the point of this if there's no video?

Surprised no 10-Homerun-Game on the list.

Also liked Junior Felix's inside-the-park grandslam during the 10-run comeback at Fenway.
Is anybody here a marine biologist?

It was definately an exciting moment.
